I make AI that earns its keep.
I am Kevin Pedini, the person behind Kickfull. I come to AI as an experienced director of digital with 20+ years in the digital space, leading website design, graphic design, animation and digital strategy across the advertising and marketing industries. I work with companies that want AI to actually change how the work gets done, not sit in a slide deck. My whole approach is built around one hard-won truth: the demo is the easy part. Shipping something your team can rely on and maintain is the real job, and it is the job most AI projects never finish.
Less advice. More shipped systems.
Plenty of people will hand you a strategy deck. I build the thing. I scope one real problem, clean the messy inputs it depends on, wire up the system, put guardrails on the parts that matter, test it against real cases and hand it to your team documented and ready to run. I stay hands-on from the first audit to the final handoff because that is where the value is and where projects usually break.
A few things I believe about AI.
The fastest way to waste money on AI is to build before you know where it pays off.
Most of the value in an AI system is in reconciling and cleaning the inputs it runs on. I do that part properly.
I build systems that refuse and escalate rather than guess. That is what makes them safe to trust.
My goal is your team's independence. If you need me forever to keep the lights on, I built it wrong.
I am one senior operator, not an agency in a trench coat. You get me, doing the real work.
Who this is for. And who it is not.
- You have a real, specific bottleneck.
- You want something that works in production, not a proof of concept.
- You care about doing AI safely and keeping a human in the loop.
- You would rather start small and prove value than boil the ocean.
- You want the cheapest possible chatbot with no guardrails.
- You need a large team running many workstreams at once.
- You want someone to rubber-stamp an AI plan you have already decided on.
A career of shipping, now pointed at AI.
My focus has always been the same: make complex ideas simple and visually engaging, and use new technology to make communication more effective. Across the advertising and marketing industries I have led website design, graphic design, animation and the digital strategies that tie creative work to real business goals, helping companies stand out in a crowded marketplace.
That work is not just decks and design files. I designed and built CheerKeeper and OnsideHero, two production mobile apps taken from idea to shipped product. Shipping real software that real people depend on is exactly the discipline I bring to AI: scope it, build it, harden it and hand it off.
For the AI work itself I bring hands-on engineering across data cleaning, retrieval systems, evaluation and guardrail design, plus a set of full end-to-end build rehearsals behind the representative projects on this site. For anything that needs formal legal or compliance sign-off, I bring in a named specialist rather than pretending to be one.
